Parwana formed in 2003 with Steve Felano on vocals, Ryan Stewart on drums, Richard Nolan and Matt Ferguson on guitar, Ryan Gurnett on bass, and Kamran Parwana playing synths, guitar, theremin, etc. Jeff Rendano and Matty Vanalstine would also do stints with the band on bass guitar after Gurnett left in 2004.
